What Is a Claw Culture Power Card and How Does It Work?

What Is a Claw Culture Power Card and How Does It Work?

If you are visiting a claw machine arcade for the first time, you may notice that the machines use a card instead of cash. At Claw Culture, we call it a Power Card. It is a prepaid, rechargeable card that holds the value you use to play.

But what exactly is a power card? How does it work, and how many games can you play with one? Here is what you need to know before getting started.

What Is a Claw Machine Power Card?

A Power Card is a prepaid card that stores the value you load for playing games at Claw Culture. Instead of paying separately at every machine, you load a package onto the card and use the available value as you play.

It is also rechargeable, so you can add more value when you want to keep playing. You can use the same card across Claw Culture venues, so you only need to carry and manage one card.

You can get a Power Card from the in-store counter at a Claw Culture. The card also makes it easier to move from one claw machine to another without handling cash for each attempt. Once you have loaded your chosen package, you can use the card at the machines and focus on selecting the games you want to play.

How Does a Power Card Work?

First, choose a Power Card package and load it at the Claw Culture in-store counter. Once the value has been added to your card, you can use it at the machines to start your games.

When you’re ready to play, tap the card at the machine. The required game value is deducted from your card balance, and you can continue using the same card for your next games as long as it has sufficient balance.

If you want to keep playing, you can recharge the card at the in-store counter without having to use up the balance already on it.

How Many Games Can You Play With a Power Card?

The number of games you can play depends on the package you choose. Claw Culture currently offers these Power Card packages:

Package Listed Games Price Per Game* Discount
₹1,000 11 ₹91 9%
₹1,500 18 ₹83 17%
₹2,500 33 ₹76 24%
₹3,500 50 ₹70 30%
₹5,000 80 ₹63 38%
₹10,000 180 ₹56 44%

*The listed package pricing is calculated against the standard ₹100-per-play rate.

These package figures give you an idea of how much play value each option provides.

How Do You Get and Recharge a Power Card?

Already have a card? You can recharge it without waiting for the existing value to run out. You can add a new package to the remaining balance, so the value already on the card stays available.

Power Card recharges are currently handled at the in-store counter. Claw Culture accepts UPI, debit cards, credit cards and cash for loading the card.

If you plan to play again during another visit, you should keep the card. If you lose the card, you must pay Rs 50 to get the balance back, as long as it remains valid under the Power Card terms.

What Happens to Your Card Balance?

Your card balance is the number of games remaining for you to play as well as the wins you have stored. You can check it by asking the staff at the counter.

The balance remains valid for six months from your last game. If you use the card again, the six-month period starts again from that latest game.

There are also a few Power Card terms to know. The loaded value is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Power Card and its balance are non-transferable.

If you lose a registered Power Card, Claw Culture can replace it for a ₹50 fee and restore the balance and Wins. An unregistered card is not eligible for replacement

Conclusion

A Power Card is the main way to load and use game value at Claw Culture. You can choose a package based on the number of games listed, use the card at the machines, and keep track of the remaining balance.

Since the same Power Card works across Claw Culture venues and can be recharged when needed, you can keep using one card as you return to play.

Knowing how the card works before you start makes it easier to choose a package and keep track of your available play value throughout your visit.
