No. Claw Culture is walk-in. Show up, grab a Power Card, and start gaming.
No entry fee. You only pay for games you play.
Yes, it's built for all ages. Children under 10 should be accompanied by a guardian.

The Power Card
A rechargeable pre-paid card that holds your game value. Tap it at any machine to play.
Pick one up at the in-store counter at any Claw Culture venue.
Yes, at the in-store counter only. Online recharge isn't available.
Yes. One card works at every Claw Culture venue.
Six months from the date of your last game. Game once, the clock resets.
The card isn't transferable. We recommend each person carry their own.

Playing the Machines
Tap your card and control the claw. Game cost varies by machine — some count one swipe per game, others two or more. The machine display shows the cost before you start.
Bigger or premium-prize machines may use two or more swipes per game; standard machines use one. The exact cost is clearly marked on each machine before you start.
Skill-based. Timing, claw positioning, and reading the machine all matter.
That's part of the game. Read the machine, adjust your aim, try again.
No. Each attempt counts as one game — that's how skill-based gaming works.
Yes. Every machine runs on consistent, fair-play mechanics.

Prizes & Winning
Jumbo plushies, tech and gaming gear, premium collectibles, fun toys, mystery boxes, and grand-tier rewards.
You choose your machine. What the claw grabs from that machine is what you win.
You have two options: carry it home as-is, or convert it into Wins at the Exchange Counter. Each toy you win equals 1 Win. Wins are stored on your account and can be exchanged later for merchandise of your choice.
Wins are your stored credit for exchanges. Each toy converts to 1 Win — they stack up over time and can be exchanged for merchandise of your choice whenever you're ready.
Your Wins are valid for 6 months from the date of your last game. Any single game resets the clock and keeps your Wins active.
Yes. Sourced from trusted suppliers, with genuine items across premium tiers.
Speak to staff right away. Genuine machine issues are made right.
Core tiers are consistent, but specific items rotate by location and season.

Wins & Exchange
Win toys at the machines, then convert them into Wins at the Exchange Counter (1 toy = 1 Win). Use your stored Wins to exchange for merchandise of your choice. The more Wins you stack, the bigger you can go.
No. You can carry your toys home as-is, or convert them into Wins if you'd rather stack up for merchandise of your choice. Your call.
Toys must be converted to Wins during the same visit, any time before you leave. Once you walk out with the toy, it's yours to keep — but can no longer be converted.

Toys can only be converted to Wins during the same visit you won them. But once they're Wins, they're stored on your account and stay with you — carry them forward across as many visits as you like before exchanging.
Yes. Your Wins are recognized at any Claw Culture Exchange Counter.
No. Wins can only be exchanged for merchandise — never cash.
Yes. Combine your Wins for a bigger exchange — that's part of the culture.
Exchanges are final once completed. Staff will always walk you through your options before confirming.

Payments, Recharge & Card Issues
At the in-store counter at any Claw Culture venue. Online recharge isn't available.
UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash.
No. Loaded value is non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.
No. The Power Card and its balance aren't transferable.
If your card is registered with your phone number, we can issue a new one at the counter for ₹50, and your balance and Wins will be restored. If the card isn't registered, it works like pre-paid cash and can't be replaced — so we recommend registering your number at first use.
Applicable taxes are added at the time of load. The counter shows the breakdown before you confirm.
It expires after 6 months of inactivity. Any single game keeps your balance active and resets the clock.

Every day, Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 10 PM. Hours may vary on public holidays.
Currently open at Sarath City Capital Mall, Hyderabad, and Phoenix Palassio Mall, Lucknow. More cities coming soon.
Parking depends on the mall where the venue is located. Please check with the mall directly for parking options and charges.
Yes. We offer group bookings and birthday packages — contact us to plan.
Outside food isn't permitted in the gaming zone, but you can take breaks anytime.
All ages welcome. Children under 10 should be accompanied by a guardian.

Policies & Fine Print
Available at clawculture.in/terms. Short version: Power Card is pre-paid, non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid 6 months from last use. Every claw attempt is one game. Toys must be converted to Wins during the same visit. Wins are stored on your account and carry forward.
Yes. Terms, prize tiers, and Wins ratios can change without prior notice.
No. It's skill-based entertainment — prizes are won through player skill, not chance-based wagering.
